Graduating Class of 2025
The culmination of twelve years of education is a special time in the lives of students, parents, and staff. We recognize this is an important passage and an occasion to be marked with two events. Direct Inquiries can be made to falcongrad@gm.fsd38.ab.ca
Overview
The first event is our Foothills Composite High School 2025 Graduating Ceremony. This event celebrates the academic achievement of students and the completion of twelve years of schooling. This ceremony and celebration are part of the grad fee.
The second event is a formal Banquet & Dance held at the BMO Centre for students, their guests, and/or family members. Some students choose to organize with friends. Other students organize and invite family.

Location: Vikings Rental Centre

Time: Rush seating at 5:00pm
Ceremony 5:30pm
**Each graduate will receive 4 tickets for the ceremony; the Graduate does NOT need a ticket**
DINNER & DANCE AT BMO May 24
The Dinner & Dance is a formal event so feel free to dress up!
Please bring a digital or printed copy of your ticket. This is a seated event and you are reminded to sit at your assigned table.
5:15pm- Doors open
6:00pm- Grand March
6:45pm- Speeches
7:00pm- Buffet Dinner
8:30pm- Parent/Graduate dance
8:40pm 11:00pm-DANCE for everyone!
As a reminder this is a school function and also a dry event. Guests are not permitted to enter and leave, as this is a closed event.
DANCE ONLY TICKETS AVAILABLE
Dance only tickets for the BMO on Saturday May 24 are for sale in the office.
$45 per ticket
Tickets are now on sale at the front office
Ticket sales end Wednesday May 21st at noon.
Please join us for the dance at 8:30pm, bring your ticket. No dance tickets will be sold at the door.

CEREMONY TICKETS
All graduates will receive 4 tickets in their Grad Package, at the Grad Rehearsal.
If you are absent for the rehearsal your package will be in the office.
If you do NOT need all your tickets, please return extras to the office, or if you have a fellow classmate looking for additional tickets you can share with them.
Graduates do NOT need a ticket for the Ceremony, only guests.
NEED EXTRA GRAD CEREMONY TICKETS?
If there are extra ceremony tickets they will be distributed on Wednesday May 14th
8:30 am in the cafeteria, on a first come first serve basis
We are asking if you have a fellow classmate who has extra tickets to please share tickets amongst yourselves or turn in extra tickets to the office for redistribution

GRAD GOWN PICK UP & DROP OFF
ALL GRADUATES MUST PICK UP THEIR OWN CAP & GOWN
Grad gown pick up is Tuesday May 20th & Wednesday May 21st
Times: lunch (11:50-12:35)
After school (3:30-4:15pm)
Grad Gown Return
Monday May 26th 8:00-4:00pm
Tuesday May 27th 8:00-2:00 pm
Location: at the top of the cafeteria stairs, room 242 for both pick-up and return
There is a $100 charge for gowns not returned or returned damaged. $40.00 charge for v- stoles not returned. Grads keep the hats and tassels and cords/medals.
